Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your Low Rider order.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

To start a return, email us at [ethan.rake@yahoo.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions once approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at [ethan.rake@yahoo.com] — we're happy to arrange an exchange instead of a refund where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost — no return required.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged from normal wear or pet use after delivery

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
